01 · Foundations · Ages 6–10

YMP Academy Summer Camp.

Athletic development for young athletes ready to level up. We train motor skill development, coordination, and neuromuscular patterning — building real athletic foundations that translate to every sport.

Coaches

Yo Murphy and YMP performance staff. Youth-focused coaches lead the daily group sessions; rotating skill leads bring sport-specific work throughout the week.

02 · Speed · Berkeley Prep partnership

Full Sail Speed Camp.

A 7-week speed development program in partnership with Berkeley Preparatory School. Comprehensive warm-up, resisted and sled sprints, acceleration mechanics, and tracked top-end speed.

03 · Soccer · HS + MS · One week

Summer Soccer Camp.

One full week of soccer-specific training. Change of direction, deceleration mechanics, finishing power, and the conditioning to play ninety minutes. Built for athletes serious about club and high-school programs. Meal and swag included.

Parent FAQ

Common questions.

What does my athlete need to bring?

Athletic clothes, indoor + outdoor training shoes, a water bottle, and a snack for breaks. We supply everything else.

How does drop-off and pickup work?

Drop-off is at the YMP Tampa facility (6912 Asphalt Ave, FL 33614). Parents can drop and go, or stay and watch. Pickup is at the end of the session at the same location.

What if my athlete needs to miss a session?

Reach out — we'll work with you to find a makeup window when possible. Specific policies vary by program.

What's the right program for my athlete?

For ages 6–10, the YMP Academy Summer Camp is the foundation. For high-school athletes focused on speed development, the Berkeley × YMP Full Sail Speed Camp is a 7-week program in partnership with Berkeley Prep. For middle and high school soccer players, pick the Summer Soccer Camp. Not sure? Email us and we'll help you pick.

How do you keep groups small enough for real coaching?

Every program is capped. The Academy is limited to 12 athletes per session. The Summer Camps cap to maintain coach-to-athlete ratios that allow real, personalized feedback every session.

What's the registration process?
