Why it works

Build the complete athlete.

Athletic development is the foundation under everything else. Strength. Coordination. Mobility. Stability. Body composition. Five interlocking systems that determine how every other skill — every sport, every season — expresses itself. Build them right and the next level gets easier.

01

Strength & Coordination

Force production paired with the ability to control it. Two halves of the same athlete: how much they can produce, and how cleanly they can apply it on the field.

02

Mobility & Stability

Joint range paired with joint control — the base under every movement. Athletes who don't develop these get hurt; athletes who do build longevity into their career.

03

Body composition

Lean mass, durable joints, the resilience to hold up through full seasons. Long-term performance starts with how the body is built — not how hard it's pushed in a single week.

Sport-specific tracks

One program. Six sports.

The methodology is the same. The application is tailored. Every athlete trains the same fundamentals — force, movement, mobility — adapted to the demands of their sport.

FB

Football

Stride mechanics, power and explosiveness, multi-planar agility, and skill-position coaching. Built for the gridiron.

SC

Soccer

Change of direction, deceleration, and the lower-body strength to absorb tackles and finish through the season.

BB

Basketball

Vertical jump testing, movement symmetry, agility, plyometric work, and the conditioning to play through four quarters.

VB

Volleyball

Vertical jump, multidirectional agility, core stability, and injury prevention. Personalized evaluations track progress every three months.

LX

Lacrosse

Functional strength, agility, mobility, and the mid-season recovery work that keeps athletes on the field.

HK

Hockey

Lower-body power, lateral mobility, and the conditioning to play through three periods. On-ice instincts built off-ice.

Athletic development

Year-round development across three age tiers. Coaches scale demands as athletes scale capacity — same staff, same standard, age-appropriate progression at every step.

Impact

Structured strength and movement progression. Age-appropriate loading, sport-readiness drills, and the developmental window where good habits compound the fastest.

Tier 03
Ages 14–18

Parent FAQ

Common questions.

What ages does Athletic Development serve?

Youth through high school. We tailor the programming based on age, sport, and developmental stage. For ages 6–10 looking for an intro, our Athletic Development Summer Camp is the right starting point.

How does the monthly membership work?

$400/month covers all training sessions across the four-day-per-week schedule. Athletes pick the time slots that fit their school and sport schedule. No per-session billing.

How do the sport tracks differ?

The fundamentals are universal — force production, movement mechanics, mobility, conditioning. The application is sport-specific: football athletes train differently than soccer players, who train differently than basketball or volleyball. Same methodology, tailored execution.

Are recovery treatments really included?

Cold tubs, sauna, and red light recovery are part of the integrated environment members access. Massage therapy, chiropractic care, IV treatments, and physical therapy through Action PT are available on-site — billing varies by service.

What if my athlete plays a sport I don't see listed?

The methodology applies broadly. Baseball, track, swimming, wrestling, tennis — talk to us. Most sports map cleanly onto one of the existing tracks.

Can I tour before signing up?

Yes. Email us or book a tour — we'll walk you through the facility, talk through your athlete's goals, and you can watch a session. No commitment.
